The Town of Hempstead is changing how the Town does business through a new Enterprise Resource Process, called Oracle Cloud. This is an electronic portal that will allow you, our suppliers, to view the status of products and services that you provide to the Town, along with the ability to view purchase orders & contracts issued to your company and to submit invoices electronically for speedier processing.
The Town of Hempstead is excited to announce this new Supplier Portal. Along with managing your company's profile (like changing your address, adding and removing contacts), you will, in the near future, be able to enter your Bids, Bid Responses, and send your required documents using the Supplier Portal. It will be your 1-Stop Shop! Please see the "Supplier Portal User Guide" for instructions on how to operate in the Town's new system.
