ATTENTION LANDLORDS:

The Town of Hempstead Department of Urban Renewal has tenants waiting to move into your apartments according to the following schedules:

Studio -- $1,221.00 per month
One Bedroom -- $1,527.00 per month
Two Bedrooms -- $1,878.00 per month
Three Bedrooms --$2,428.00 per month
Four Bedrooms -- $2,726.00 per month

These rents include utilities and will be decreased if the tenant must pay any utilities. Most of the rent is guaranteed and paid for by HUD under the Section 8 housing program. HUD and Town of Hempstead regulations apply. For more information, call 516-292-0808.
