Supervisor Don Clavin and members of the Hempstead Town Board are partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association, Long Island Chapter, to raise awareness of dementia and provide education and support to the community. These one-hour seminars are free and open to the public. Topic to be presented: 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's- Learn about 10 common warning signs and what to watch for in yourself and others. Registration is required. Please call the Alzheimer's Association's 24/7 Helpline at (800) 272-3900 to register for a seminar.
