Tai Chi is designed to take you on a journey of meditative movement, gently guiding you on a path of well-being and inner peace. The techniques of Tai Chi are hundreds of years old and will help you gain a new awareness of your body, energy and health. Gym attire and sneakers required.

Program: 12 Weekly Sessions

Registration: Online at beginning January 21, 2020 at 3 PM
Thursdays: 1:00 to 2:00 PM; 8:30 to 9:30 PM and 2:15 to 3:15 PM (beginner), January 30 to April 23 (No class April 9)

*Reduced rate also applies to the physically challenged & volunteer firefighters.
