Tai Chi is designed to take you on a journey of meditative movement, gently guiding you on a path of well-being and inner peace. The techniques of Tai Chi are hundreds of years old and will help you gain a new awareness of your body, energy and health. Gym attire and sneakers required.

Fee: $72 (Seniors/Veterans - $36)*
Program: 12 Weekly Sessions
Thursdays: 1 to 2 PM; 8:30 to 9:30 PM and 2:15 to 3:15 PM (beginner), May 30 to August 22 (No class 7/4).
