Strength Training exercises may improve your heart function and balance, strengthen your bones and make you stronger. Gym attire, light weights and exercise mat are required. Resistance bands will be provided.

Program: 9 Weekly Sessions

Registration: Online at beginning September 25 at noon.
Wednesdays: 8 to 9 PM, October 16 to December 11

*Reduced rate also applies to the physically challenged & volunteer firefighters.
