ABS Exercise

A fitness program that focuses on strengthening the core through various movements including, but not limited to, standing and floor exercises. Strengthening your core can improve better posture, prevents lower-back pain and helps with better balance. For adults ages 18 and up.

Tuesdays: 8:15 to 9:15 AM, May 29 to August 28
Wednesday: 10:45 to 11:45 AM, May 30 to September 5 (No class 7/4)
