Pilates-Barre Fusion

Pilates-Barre Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles—including barre, yoga, and strength training. Similar to Mat Pilates, this style has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles. Exercise mat, resistance loop exercise band, and light weights are required. No refunds.

  • Registration: Register online beginning Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. until class is filled.
  • Fee: $72 
    • Seniors/Veterans: $36 (Reduced rate applies to the physically challenged and volunteer firefighters)
  • Program Schedule: 12 weekly sessions
  • Location: Echo Park, West Hempstead

    • Mondays, January 29 to April 29 (no class 2/19 & 4/22)
      • 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm
    • Wednesdays, January 31 to April 17
      • 10:45 am to 11:45 am
