A unique program that helps you take ownership over habits that influence your body and support long-term health. The classes will help participants sustain the motivation to reach and maintain weight loss and weight management goals. In addition, the program uses mindfulness, self-hypnosis, and stress management to help establish a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Class is limited to 25 adults. This class is offered at Baldwin Park, Baldwin.

Seniors/Veterans: $35 (Reduced rate also applies to the physically challenged and volunteer firefighters)
