Notice to retail sellers of all vapes and vape-related materials:
- Area of the sign shall be standard 8½ inch by 11-inch letter paper, displayed in portrait style.
- Appearance of the sign shall be as shown below, with coloring, spacing, underlining, size of type, and wording of language, as shown.
- Review the specific local law requirements, ensure full compliance with all provisions, and avoid prosecution.
- The deadline for conformity with the law by the placement of the proper sign at all required areas is October 15, 2018.
