Zumba
Zumba is a cardio fitness class dancing to Latin music and more. For all classes wear gym attire and sneakers. Towel and water suggested. No Refunds.

- Fee: $72
- Seniors/Veterans: $36 (Reduced rate also applies to the physically challenged and volunteer firefighters)

Zumba "Gold" classes are geared towards participants who are looking for modified moves at a lower intensity pace.
