Tai Chi

Tai Chi is designed to take you on a journey of meditative movement, gently guiding you on a path of wellbeing and inner peace. The techniques of Tai Chi are hundreds of years old and they will help you gain a new awareness of your body, energy, and health.  For all classes, gym attire and sneakers are required. Towel and water suggested. No refunds. 

Class Details

  • Registration: Register online beginning Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. until class is filled.
  • Fee:$72
    • Seniors/Veterans: $36 (Reduced rate also applies to the physically challenged and volunteer firefighters)
  • Program Schedule: 12 weekly sessions
  • Location: Echo Park, West Hempstead
  • Days/Times:
    •  Thursdays, February 1 to April 18
      • 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
      • 2:15 pm to 3:15 pm (Beginner)
      • 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm  
    • Fridays, February 2 to April 26 (no class 3/29)
      • 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Beginner)
