The Easiest Way to Get Your Passport!

Download Your Application

Prior to coming to Town Hall for your passport appointment, please download the appropriate application from the Travel State website. At the time of your appointment, you must bring acceptable proof of United States Citizenship (i.e., a previous passport and certified birth certificate) and proof of identity (i.e., a previous passport and a driver's license) with you. Anyone who is applying for a new passport must appear in person. (Please note: No cross-outs or white-out are allowed on any application.)

Passport Fees

We collect passport fees, which are set according to federal guidelines. Processing fees vary depending on the type of passport and age of the applicant. Accepted forms of payment include personal checks and money orders. Personal checks from out of state are acceptable, as long as they are written in English and from a domestic bank. Cash, credit, or debit cards and starter/counter checks are not accepted. View the current passport fees online.

For each individual passport application, you must have a separate check or money order payable to the U.S. Department of State for Passport, Expedite and Overnight Return fees. Execution, Photo, Certified Mail, and Overnight Mail fees can be paid by cash, check, or money order payable to Kate Murray, Town Clerk. Please do not prefill check amounts in advance as fees may vary with individual situations.

Please Note: Final determination for the issuance of a United States passport rests solely with the U.S. Department of State. As per the U.S. Department of State, all passport fees are nonrefundable. You may contact the National Passport Information Center at 877-487-2778 if you have any questions regarding your application or other general passport questions.
