Restorative Yoga is a restful practice slowing down and opening your body through relaxing postures held for a lengthened period of time to support deep relaxation. The majority of poses are reclined on a mat with the support of props. Blanket, blocks, and bolsters/pillows are suggested. No refunds.
Class Details
- Registration: Register online beginning Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. until class is filled.
- Fee: $60
- Seniors/Veterans: $30 (Reduced rate also applies to the physically challenged and volunteer firefighters)
- Program Schedule: 10 weekly sessions
